What Can the Client Services Team Do for You?

Have you ever had a question regarding your investment accounts or other financial planning matters, but not sure who to contact in our office?

At Johnson Bixby, we have an experienced team available to help you with those very questions. Some of the most common questions we get are related to the following topics:

  • Needing money from or wanting to add money to an account.
  • Scheduling an appointment
  • Beneficiary changes
  • Bank changes
  • Address changes
  • Login/website support

All of these questions (plus more!) can easily be answered by our Client Services team. And you can be assured we will consult with your financial planner to make sure your question is addressed in a way that’s congruent with your financial plan.

Not only is the Client Services team available to answer your questions, you’ll also find a member of the team following up with you after a meeting on action items and forms. In fact, more Client Service team members are sitting in on meetings as a way to meet our clients. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to know another face in the office.
